er and the ceo of Vintage Remedies, Inc. She’s been in the natural health field for over a decade, and in addition to studying food history, pediatric health, and medical anthropology to earn her degree in environmental studies, she has experience as a childbirth educator, doula, aromatherapist, herbalist, naturopath, wellness consultant, sustainability advocate, and author. She began Vintage Remedies in 2005 and has been teaching individuals how to improve their health through the unique online study programs we offer since 2007. She’s married to Matthew and together they raise their four growing children in middle Tennessee. She has written over a dozen books on natural health and speaks to families and professionals across the country for educational workshop and professional CEUs. Her background is diverse and holistic, enabling her to bring a wide variety of experiences to Vintage Remedies. She continues her education through graduate programs in public health and CEUs that teach biomedical interventions for modern childhood epidemics (such as ADHD and autism) and similar subjects. When she's not in the office, she spends time in her garden, kitchen, and with the kids, passing along sustainable habits to the next generation.
